Home to Red Kangaroos, Agile Wallabies and an Emu.

Blackpool have a long history of work with marsupials; currently on show are:

Red Kangaroo
Western Grey Kangaroo
Red-necked Wallaby
Agile Wallaby
Long-nosed Potoroo (by the dozen)
Grey Ground Cuscus

They were also the last UK zoo to display Wallaroos.

that's quite an impressive list of marsupials for a non-Australian zoo

It's always been one of their 'things'. The other marsupial specialising collection in the UK is also in the northwest - South Lakes WAP.

I haven't been for a couple of years, but Zootierliste.de lists their current roster as:

Agile Wallaby
Parma Wallaby
Red-necked Wallaby
Tammar Wallaby
Swamp Wallaby
Red Kangaroo
Western Grey Kangaroo
Brush-tailed Bettong

Both places have also kept Brush-tailed Rock Wallabies in the (fairly) recent past.

I wish more zoos within the UK would keep such a range of marsupials.

The addition of wombats, tasmanian devils and a few more koalas around the country would be a welcome addition IMO.
