This picture has just brought back fantastic memories of a very special place I visited in 1988 and am unlikely to ever return to unless I win the lottery !
Back then ..... don't know if it's the same now ....... visitors were permitted to approach the sealions to about 10 feet of where they were. The day I went the beach was covered as far as the eye could see in 100s of sealions of all sizes, from babies to huge males. It was truly awe inspiring (but probably taken for granted by Aussies !)
