Hix (and anybody else with Australian water rat knowledge), do you know of any articles or papers that people have written comparing this species' lifestyle to otters? I'm curious if any one has looked at how closely this species has evolved into an otter niche in Australia. Any references or thoughts anyone has on this would be much appreciated.
