I imagine (like Port Lympne's, which also came from Paris) that they are here to stay. Edinburgh only had them temporarily(to fill the empty Gorilla enclosure before it was converted for Pandas) and I doubt wanted them any longerterm. I also imagine the other group that Edinburgh returned to Vincennes are enough for them as they will soon breed up in numbers so they won't need any more.

According to the YWP guide, they received seventeen baboons from Edinburgh. This was my first time seeing the exhibit and it is indeed a rather nice asset to the collection.
