I saw a young moose like this one with its mom the other day. Sadly not at the zoo. Luckily it wasnt in the middle of the road either... or on the back of someones truck... Never have the camera near me when our local critters pop up. I did get a photo of a barred owl that landed in the yard one day but it was after an ice storm and I had a hard time getting close enough to get a good photo before he saw me and flew away.
