The large deer species that are not on the phase out list are:
Bactrian wapiti
Barasingha
Eld's deer
Père David's deer
White-lipped deer
White-lipped deer and Père David's deer are red level SSPs, while all the rest except for Bactrian wapiti are yellow level SSPs. Eld's deer (which the SDZSP also has) are now a priority species, so there's a big push for them. I presume most other large deer species are phase-out, but I'm not sure about a few.
