@Chlidonias This rather outnumbers the single drake that has been wintering on a reserve not far from me in the UK for several years. Very handsome birds.
Looking at the photo, there are about 100 Baikal Teal showing on the water and this was much less than half of the flock that was out there, so my estimate of "at least 150" was actually well under.
