Bear Cub at Park Of Istanbul

Is it in a regular zoo, in a private menagerie or other ?

@Haliaeetus sorry for the late response. I have been taking a break from zc for a couple of days which is why I wasn’t able reply any time sooner. The short answer is yes this is what you might call a menagerie. I believe, however, that a bad zoo is still a zoo. This one is just a bad, poorly run, non-modern zoo.
