It does (though bears and lemurs - and a peafowl?-, there's a strange mix ...).
It's worth doing some reading about zoo history, it helps inform visits and whether the exhibits you see are good etc. An informed visit is often a better visit.
On this zoo there are lots of links online but wikipedia has some information you could have a look at and there are lots of links debating the zoo on zoochat as you'd expect.
