Just after boarding the train back to Hamburg from Hannover on 07/06/2016, we noticed an unusual looking insect had landed on the sunhat Helly was wearing. Unable to identify it, we took several photographs in the hope someone else could.
Just after boarding the train back to Hamburg from Hannover on 07/06/2016, we noticed an unusual looking insect had landed on the sunhat Helly was wearing. Unable to identify it, we took several photographs in the hope someone else could.
I Google Imaged "Germany spotted scarabaeidae" and found the Bee Chafer quite a few rows down the images. Google "Bee Chafer" and you'll have your insect.
