LEOcreature I could be wrong, but maybe this is just the holding area ???

I think there are a few outdoor exhbits, but they made too much holding areas, so only some of the big cats can be in an outdoor exhbit (meaning that some are kept in here for a while). Correct me if I'm wrong

Just a side note, this tiger probably isn't Bengal. White tigers are a result of inbreeding, most of the time they aren't pure and also have Siberian genes.
