Berlin's three brown bears

Schnute, Max and Tilo live in a park in Berlin

Where in Berlin is this park?! Had no idea they existed. Is their enclosure any good?

They live in Kollnischer Park and they seemed well looked after as they are the official symbols of the city. I discovered them because they were mentioned in my guidebook. They seem to have privacy too inside the middle section of the enclosure which looks like a cottage from the outside but is obviously bedding areas for the bears. The pit was circular and had two sides and I saw bears on both sides.

Is this enclosure in the zoo or city?

It's in one of the public parks in the city.

Who manages/managed the property and provides animal care / husbandry practice for the brown bears?
