Bharal (Pseudois nayaur) on cliffs

Hemis National Park, Ladakh
you need to look carefully, but there are several Bharal in the picture. It was, of course, much more impressive in real life seeing them scaling the cliffs. The photo doesn't really do it justice.

I have found 3 . Amazing rock formations . Really enjoying this set of photos and the accompanying story of your adventure .

thanks. There were quite a lot more below the frame (to the bottom right) which were trying to find a way up to meet the others.

Although it doesn't look like it from the photo this entire formation was vertical, so the slope on the left wasn't actually a slope, it was a cliff-face. There are all sorts of weird optical illusions with the cliffs in Ladakh!
