Specifically that specimen in this photo is a Desert bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis nelsoni), it is nice to see a photo of them because Prague Zoo and Burgers Zoo are the only zoos in Europe that have Desert bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis nelsoni), and in fact they are the only european zoos that have any subspecies of Ovis canadensis
