Hix 22 Feb 2015 Definitely NOT a Streaky Seedeater. Not with that beak. Possibly Flycatcher, although I'm leaning towards a Cisticola.

Hix 23 Feb 2015 After checking my books I still think it could be a Cisticola, possibly a Hunter's Cisticola or Wailing Cisticola. Or even a female Blackcap.
