The blue one on the rocks is a Long-Tailed Glossy Starling (Lamprotornis caudatus). The green bird perched on the branch is an Emerald Starling (Lamprotornis iris).
@StoppableSan Well for starters, if I'm not mistaken, Central Park is only one of the two holders of Pink-Eared Ducks in the U.S. (the other one being Sylvan Heights Bird Park).
@Great Argus I could be wrong on CPZ being the last holder, but I don't think there are many.
@BerdNerd They do indeed keep Pink-Eared Duck in the children's zoo. Other rare ducks should include Long-Tailed Duck, Chinese Merganser, White-Headed Duck, and Spectacled Eider. Not sure if they still keep Harlequin Duck now that their aviary has been removed.
@StoppableSan In addition to the waterfowl, they may still have what I think is the last gonolek in US zoos. White-Fronted Amazon is pretty rare as well. They also keep superb bop and I believe still a very elderly Ornate Hawk-Eagle bts.
