The common name is Red-hook Metynnis. I think they just screwed it up in conjunction with the scientific name Myloplus arnoldi. (And also screwed up the spelling of Myloplus!).
@Chlidonias Indeed! Took me a moment to actually work out that arnoldi is from the genus Myloplus and that they randomly made the genus a species name for Metynnis
