Far from being the best picture but the glare from the glass was not helpful. This was the only individual there and the zoo is supporting a conservation project for this species in the country.
I had hoped to see this species in Ecuador at Bioparque Amaru, but in the aviary it should be kept according to a website I saw "just" a variable hawk.
