A very appealing species of callitrichid and - sad to say - one which is rapidly diminishing in numbers in European collections due to disease and lack of successful breeding. As such, we were rather pleased to be able to view the pair at Magdeburg at such length and proximity; a similar opportunity may not be possible before too long.
