Black-necked weaver

Thanks, Vogelcommando!

I was thinking that this was a black-necked weaver (Ploceus nigricollis), but the head of the one in the foreground seems a great deal browner that those in pictures online.
 
The bird on the left is a typical female Black-necked Weaver (Ploceus nigricollis). If the other bird is the male, I agree about the head being browner than seen in pictures.
 
looking through Google Images there are a (very) few photos showing dark-faced males, and there is also this photo (from Zoochat, at London Zoo) showing a similar colouration to your photo:
