This is the indoor enclosure (there is an equally large outdoor enclosure) for prairie dogs. It's also the former otter enclosure. It's located in Ravotaapia, an arcade with a number of animal enclosures. The rail above the enclosure is what remains of the monorail, which is now out of service.
