Looking through Zoochat photos of Forpus, these birds are F. spengeli, no?
F. spengeli was split from F. xanthopterygius in 2015 (after this photo was taken) and the pictured birds above show the turquoise feathers in the wing rather than the deeper blue of F. xanthopterygius (and also the bright green face in the male although I'm not sure if that's a consistent distinguishing characteristic).
