The undisputed jewel in the crown of this small collection, the pair of Bolivian Night Monkeys held at Tropical World are the only ones of their species to be found in the United Kingdom. As they are both increasingly elderly, and I had yet to have seen the species, I thought it extremely prudent to make a visit.
As such, although I spent a substantial amount of time elsewhere in the collection photographing the other species held, the vast majority of my time (something like 2 hours or so) was spent in the nocturnal corridor trying to get as many good shots of the species held therein as possible.
