no it really is bad. It's not exactly in-focus, and there appears to be blur from the wire as well. The cage was very dark (covered) and the cat was at the back. It would have been a much better photo with the use of the flash but I didn't want to use it.

My N.A. Mountain Lion and Bobcat pics from ZooAmerica are soooo much worst. They're so bad that our good friend jbnbsn deleted them. If this ones as bad as you say then it would have been deleted by a moderator for blurriness. Check out any gallery I'm on, it happens.
