Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe from the day that I visited the zoo in July 2021. I think that the so called “Harvest Mice” that were in this exhibit were just wild House Mice, or at least, that’s what came into my mind whenever I saw one scurry around this one exhibit.
@Austin the Sengi I really have no idea, I didn't get a close enough look at one. They never sign stuff in this exhibit, so unless @ThylacineAlive happens to know, they could be captive or wild.
This enclosure seems to be a weird one that they move surplus animals in and out of quite regularly. I'm not sure if I've ever noticed harvest mice in there but it's possible. The zoo has a lot of harvest mice.
