Brown Bear enclosure at Luebeck Tierpark 2007

No sign of a bear (indeed, though this place allegedly has wolves, leopards, bears and tigers we saw not a one of any of them).

This zoo appears to be one of the worst in Germany?

Certainly the worst I've been to by some distance.

Does it still exist ? I mean I've heared rumours several times it had / should be closed. I've visited at the beginning of the 90-ties and I can agree it was the worst zoo I've seen in Germany especialy a lonely brown beer which could bearly ( ) move in it's very small enclosure.

The zoo closed some years ago. This enclosure was bad, but certainly not the worst. The bear moved to a sactury, but died two months later there.
