July 2019, Isla Solarte. For more details about this sighting and my Panama trip in general, look here: https://www.zoochat.com/community/threads/vision-visits-panama-the-quest-for-a-quetzal.473780/
Interestingly enough, the three-toed sloths of four of the islands (Colon, Bastimentos, Solarte and Cayo de Agua) and a few of the little islets next to them form an endemic dwarf form of brown-throated three sloth (though not a separate subspecies, as far as I know). This was the only sloth I saw on the islands, and while it did seem slightly smaller than the ones I saw on the mainland, the difference definitely isn't extremely noticeable either.
