My very first wild sunbird species, and one of the species I had been most looking forward to as well! The hotel only had one bare tree on site but it sure did receive quite some (odd) visitors. When I spotted this beautiful bird from below I hurried up to the second floor - the windows here make a perfect photography spot for the birds perched high in the tree!
