I don't think I have ever seen a shot of this part of the building (and I have never been there myself). I love how they used a defunct fish canning operation and kept some of the original look. Good way to maintain a sense of history and put an old building to practical use.
Reminds me of my condo I bought earlier this year in the Ice House Lofts. They are a redevelopment of an abandoned ice factory in an industrial area on the edge of downtown Tucson. Still has the old rusted steel beams (a big one inside my place), has some of the old machinery outside, has original brick walls with peeling paint, and my unit has one of the old large metal freezer doors bolted to the brick wall just for decoration!
