Basically this place is a large walled house compound, without a house, full of bird cages.
Unfortunately the cages are just tin roofs, wire mesh sides and part wire mesh / part solid bases with nothing inside the cages other than one or in some cases two perches. No branches, plants or anything of enrichment.
It appears to be run by a husband and wife.
