Basically this place is a large walled house compound, without a house, full of bird cages.
Unfortunately the cages are just tin roofs, wire mesh sides and part wire mesh / part solid bases with nothing inside the cages other than one or in some cases two perches. No branches, plants or anything of enrichment!
The poor birds must look longingly at all the trees and plants outside their cages!
It appears to be run by a husband and wife.
