Stretching over several hundred acres, and endless surrounding desert outside the park boundaries, you can walk for seemingly endless miles of floral colors. My wife and I walked several miles that day taking in the beauty.
Did I say "several hundred acres?" That would be more like 1800 acres. And that's just within the reserve. There are thousands more blossoming throughout the area.
