Does anyone know where these were kept at Warsaw Zoo? They are not there/not on show anymore. Is this in the bird house?

In the bird house but in one of the outdoor aviaries, which had once been White-tailed Eagles. After the paintings on the walls, you should figure out which.

I know where you mean, thanks :). The mural is much faded now though. It currently has black grouse and hawk owl I think but in summer some other species are transferred there, including European roller from inside.

Do you know whether the Hazel Grouses (Bonasa bonasia) are in some aviary at the zoo?

Yes, Warsaw zoo does hold hazel grouse. But only 1 as far as I know (1.0). It is in one of the outdoor aviaries of the bird house. Sharing the aviary with the hazel grouse are some bohemian waxwings.
:)
