The one thing I find disappointing about Reid Park is how small the jaguar and spectacled bear enclosures are in the South America area. They are absolutely beautiful exhibits, just quite small.
Yes, I agree. (Although the jaguars have a much better space than they would have at Wildlife World where they were born). But considering the entire South America loop is a relatively new area (12 years), built entirely from scratch, I would have expected something a little bigger. There is an empty area of just bamboo between the jaguar and caiman exhibits that could easily double the size of the jaguar exhibit.
