Catoctin Zoo - Grey-Armed Macaque

They had about 20+ of these guys in a tiny (compared to the size of the group) cage.
I don't know about that. I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Ragunan Zoo in Jakarta (they have several Sulawesi macaque species).

These are Macaca ochreata if you didn't know (don't think Grey-Armed Macaque is a common English name for them) and rings a bell.

yes (Booted Macaque to most people) - what I was meaning is that I "think" I saw them at Ragunan but I'm not 100% sure because I didn't keep a list and they had several Sulawesi species.

I figured by "outside their natural range" you meant Indonesia rather than Sulawesi specifically, but nevertheless there are probably still a number of Indonesian zoos which keep them outside Sulawesi.

The new Zoo Grapevine & International Zoo News states that "the only known group of Booted Macaques outside Indonesia resides at the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve and Zoo in Thurmont, Maryland."
