thats actually a really good exhibit for a capuchin, it has everything they need, climbing orutinities (dont forget wire can be climbed) and it looks like they have acess to indoor areas, its a great capuchin cage!
I'd say it was a good 'enclosure' but a poor 'exhibit'. I'd agree entirely that cages are often superior, in terms of welfare standards, than open-topped, hot-wired enclosures.
There were 3 in the cage when I visited. They actually have a really big indoor area too, maybe bigger than the outside space. It's good, it could just be a bit taller.
