I saw one of the gorals doing this, as they have to when they go from their house to graze on the gibbon island, I wondered how often gorals wade across mountain streams in their natural habitat. I am sure they are tough creatures, and suffer no ill-effects, but it looks very odd: as indeed does the combination of gibbons and gorals.
 
@gentle lemur I noticed the same thing and while I don't think it necessarily harms them, it does seem odd and it probably would have been better if the gorals were housed in a more typical hoofstock paddock, preferably one with some rocks and elevation as they are mountain creatures.
