Is there a moat between the cheetah and the hoofstock? Otherwise, what is going on here?

@DavidBrown In the Summer 2016 issue of Zoo Grapevine & International Zoo News, Nayer Youakim has a detailed review of Zoorasia. He described seeing a single Cheetah mingling with Common Eland, Grant's Zebras and Reticulated Giraffes in the same African Savanna. All 4 species were together. I know that there are Cheetahs in with rhinos in at least a few European zoos, but of course in North America the big cats are never mixed with other species. Similar to how there are gorillas and orangutans mixed with various monkeys, meerkats, otters or tapirs in European zoos, such mixed-species habitats are rarely if ever utilized in North American zoos. A real shame!
