Cheetahs didn't always have such a spectacular exhibit at the Safari Park, as there used to be a fairly large but utilitarian enclosure just south of the Elephant Show zone. Maned wolves were adjacent to the cheetahs at that time (early 1990's) and does anyone know when that species was phased out of the collection?
