This appears to be a fairly naturalistic cheetah exhibit that potentially allows for some longer runs from the cats. There are a number of good grassy enclosures for cheetahs in North American zoos: Caldwell, Jacksonville, DAK, National Zoo, Knoxville's one-acre habitat, San Diego WAP, Toledo and many more locations.
Caldwell has two yards for their cheetahs. The first one I saw was the smaller one and it was nothing special, but this one is one of the biggest carnivore exhibits I've seen. It is several hundred feet long so the cheetahs do have room to run.
