No, no, no. Of course I tried to get there at opening time (though our bus was delayed for whatever reason so I did get to the zoo on that day an hour late. The day before I got there about eight minutes before it opened). What I meant was that the zoo's Cheetah runs are in the early morning and, because I wanted to catch the bird show, I hung around the bird show amphitheater until the 1pm bird show which is pretty much on the opposite side of the zoo from where the Cheetah runs are. It's my fault I forgot to ask what time the runs are until after the bird show as I could have easily made both had I known the times.
