This might be an OB (orange blotch) Pseudotropheus zebra - I would be more sure with a better view of the head. It appears to be a young male, to judge by the egg-spots on the anal fin and trace of blue colour on the flanks - if so it would grow into a 'marmalade cat' - which would inflate its price
