Not to start another cross-Atlantic war, but I couldn't agree more... It looks like an exhibit that could be at any of a dozen UK facilities that pride themselves on their simple, "functional" approach to exhibiting animals.

Very poor enclosure for such an active and intelligent species. I hope it was only a temporary housing for this monkey and that this has changed in the decade since the photo was taken.
