It's just that little concrete island. I don't think there is any housing, but as you can see there is a tunnel leading through the structure, which could offer shelter if needed. It's a pretty sad attempt at a naturalistic exhibit.
From what I gather, only two chimpanzees are kept on the island. There have also been reports that a female chimpanzee drowned in the moat a couple of years ago - I mention this island as one of the real issues of the safari park in my review.
