Assuming that this is from the left-most of the two salamander enclosures, then it appears as though the two salamanders onshow have both found their favourite hiding spots and spend most of their time there. The individual on the left uses the hollow rock in this image (which I suspect stretches far further back than it looks, as the animal entirely vanished from view at one stage) and the individual on the right uses the cave with to the back-left with the rock slab in the centre. Interesting how these animals have such clear preferences for particular areas.
