Hi baboon,
Thank you for your comment!
Where do you know about subspecies from? Are you sure? I asked curator of Beijing zoo about it and he said that they don't divide their animals by subspecies.
Hi, the Sichuan subspecies has black back-fur, while Qinling subspecies has a more orange back fur. The same pattern can be seen in takin, while Qinling subspecies is golden, and Sichuan subspecies is brown
Hi,
You did not convince me. Maybe it's a Hubei golden snub-nosed monkey? Following the description and photos this subspecies is also very dark. And besides it, there were too young animals in snub-nosed monkey exhibit. I don't know how all these monkeys looks at other times of year. Would you like to see all of my snub-nosed monkeys http://www.zooinstitutes.com/animal.asp?name=1414 and to say your opinion?

Hi, as I know, Beijing Zoo don't have Hubei subspecies. But maybe I also make a mistake, when I saw the photos taken in the wild, the Qinling subspecies is also very dark under some circumstance...... Thus I need to verify which subspecies in this exhibit~~
