Holotype of Chungkingosaurus jiangbeiensis (CV 00206), a small stegosaur from the Late Jurassic of Chongqing, China. The specimen comprises a partial skeleton, including the snout, the front of the lower jaws, ten dorsal vertebrae, a pelvis with sacrum, a series of twenty-three tail vertebrae, the lower end of a humerus, three metacarpals, both thighbones and shinbones and five back plates. It is housed in the collections of the Chongqing Natural History Museum and is currently on temporary exhibition in Shanghai.
