Chlidonias 23 May 2010 we have cinnabar moths in NZ too, introduced from the UK to try and control ragwort. I've never seen one though

adrian1963 23 May 2010 This one was not dead it flew off a few minutes later along with the 3 others into the fields behind my house Therefore still is a Cinnabar Moth
