I do sometimes wonder what they'll do with this exhibit... Maybe it could be used for a small cat, an aviary... Heck, even for reptiles like rhinoceros iguanas!
@JigerofLemuria I honestly wouldn't hate it as a small cat enclosure, or some sort of small carnivore. Although this is Madrid, and we all know how they work
@JigerofLemuria Not necessarily, but seeing the trajectory Parques Reunidos and the zoos they run have taken, I wouldn't be surprised either!
They can surprise us though, the recent arrival of a pair of vicuñas to the old American bison paddock comes to mind. But I wouldn't be surprised if they just moved an existing species at the zoo here like one of the lemurs at the walkthrough exhibit or the raccoons.
