These are really incredible shots! What I love about them is that they give the perfect overview of the enclosures, and that’s a lot harder than it seems given the usual influx of visitors.
You must have gotten there early and really made sure everything was set up right before taking these, I can’t find a single thing wrong. I also kinda like that the animals themselves aren’t the primary subject, it’s the space they inhabit. Just makes it feel more like you’re actually there, and it’s a great historical archive for the future
@Mugcake thanks! I always enjoy showcasing the exhibits themselves, though I always try to get the animals in the shot as well whenever possible. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get a clear shot without any visitors. This was actually taken around 2:00 PM when the walkthrough was somewhat crowded, so one just needs some patience.
